As we know Chris Brown had to go to court today. He has now been charged with the following: assault and making criminal threats. Law documents have been released that go on to describe the night of events that have taken place. Here are the details:

A verbal argument ensued between Chris Brown and Robyn Fenty (Rhianna). Rhianna faked a call to the police and stated that she wanted the police at her home when she arrived. Chris then punched her in the eye and pushed her head into the window. They pulled over and started arguing and drove off again as Chris Brown punched her while driving. Rhianna attempted to send text messages to a friend and that’s when Chris threw her cell phone out of the window and threatened to kill her. As they pulled over they continued to fight and Chris bit her finger and her ear and someone in the neighborhood heard her screams and called the police. That’s when Chris fled from the scene.
