and they all look very beautiful. I wish both ladies could kick their careers in high gear, but for now their style is beautiful.

I heart Nia!!! She was seen leaving her NYC hotel yesterday wearing a very cute black jumper with heels. Can you believe this woman is 40– and faboulous. In other Nia news, she is staring in a movie called “Good Hair” produced by Chris Rock about Black womans obcession with, well, Good hair.
“There’s always a sort of pressure within the black community, like ‘Oh, if you have good hair, you’re prettier or better than the brown-skinned girl that wears an Afro or the dreads or the natural hairstyle. ”

I do not support Peta and all of their ridiculous antics, but then someone told me that Nia Long would be in an ad:

And it only solidified why I do not like Peta. What is going on with the bottom half of her body. Photo shopped to the point it completely ruined the ad. SMH

Nia long said these very true words in this interview:
In an interview with U.K. magazine Pride, Nia Long was asked about singers who try to act and Beyonce’s performance in ‘Obsessed’ specifically, to which Nia replied, “I didn’t see ‘Obsessed,’ so I can’t comment, but it’s just not about how talented you are anymore. It’s about, ‘How much box-office revenue will this person generate?’ When you see certain people – we won’t name names – they just don’t have the skill, and no one in their team has said, ‘You need acting classes.”
AMEN!!!! Very true. Acting is a skill that must be practiced and cultivated. If you lack dedication, your delivery will be sorry– she just spoke the truth. Kudos to Nia!
