The judge ordered her 120 days (which probably equates to about 25-30 days).  She will never learn though…

“If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [SCRAM] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I’m taking and my father says I’m taking—so that says something, because I was fine. I think everyone has their own addictions and hopefully learns how to get past them. I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life.”

Whew, this chick’s life is like a soap opera.  After her alcohol monitor bracelet went off, a judge issued a warrant for her arrest.  She has already posted bail for 200,000.  Many people don’t know, but in most states, California included, you only have to post 10% of your bond.  She paid 20,000 this time and 10,000 last time.  All for a drink… SMH

Lindsay Lohan avoided arrest Tuesday after a judge said she violated her probation and a lawyer for the actress said a monitoring device she wears detected the presence of alcohol.

Following a meeting on Tuesday with prosecutors and Ms. Lohan’s lawyer, Judge Marsha Revel of Los Angeles County Superior Court said Ms. Lohan violated the terms of her release, based on results from a court-ordered alcohol monitor, The Associated Press reported.

Damn, I won’t be surprised if he hear about her death later on this year.
