Rachel McAdams Covers Elle Magazine
She talked about wanting to find her true love: “[My parents are] Still together and still in love. I’m very blessed that way. I had a great example of love in front of me, and that’s probably what makes me such a romantic, because I’ve seen it firsthand. You grow up and you assume that everyone is like that, and you quickly realize that they’re not, and then you have those days when you wonder if you’re going to find it for yourself. It’s such a hard thing to find. I think it was more that realization that rocked me.”

Rachel McAdams “Morning Glory” Is On DVD
The film has good reviews, here is one:
Harrison Ford and Diane Keaton played the anchors of the morning news program, Daybreak on the fictitious network IBS. The show is modeled after NBC’s Today Show and ABC’s Good Morning America. Ford plays a hard-core news reporter at the end of his career who thought morning TV was beneath him, but he needed the money so he agrees to do it anyway. He is the major source of conflict in the movie, but it’s Harrison Ford, he can do anything!
McAdams plays the executive producer, and it’s her job to revamp the show to get the ratings up to avoid cancellation. She plays the part perfectly, in my opinion. She’s attached to her BlackBerry and is married to her job — that sounds about right for a television EP.
Patrick Wilson plays the love interest and luckily, he’s in the business and understands that McAdams has to work to work a lot and at odd hours of the morning (she’s wakes up around 2 a.m.).
It’s a very entertaining hour and 45 minutes.
The movie is on DVD Today, go get it.
