Something is off, I can’t put my finger on it…

LOL!! Yeah, I have a sense of humor. On other news, Lady Gaga is only 22. She needs to leave those cigarettes or makeup alone because she looks well into her thirties to me.
Well to each its own. I can roast these photos till the cows come home but It’s the Lord’s day- I’m going to leave it alone. See more after the jump.

From the Boston Herald:
Beyonce, Alicia Keys and Jennifer Hudson, along with the cast of TV comedy “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne,” were among top nominees for the NAACP Image Awards, the oldest U.S. civil rights organization said yesterday. The TV series “A Raisin in the Sun” also received multiple nominations, while “Cadillac Records” and “The Secret Life of Bees” dominated movie entries for the 40th NAACP Image Awards. The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People also announced that hip-hop impresario Russell Simmons will receive its prestigious Vanguard award for helping to increase understanding of racial and social issues. The awards will be handed out Feb. 12.
I hope that Jhud shows up, she really deserves a great deal of support during this difficult time. Congrats to the rest of the nominees, even if they are the same EVERY YEAR!! ZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzz.

So I posted about the fight between Ne-Yo, Ty-Ty( Jay Z’s best friend) and Jim Jones and stated that it probably never happened.
Well, not only did it happen, but Jones is facing a misdemeanor assault charge and a court appearance in February.
In addition according to the good folks over at John John Said It the fight was really over Ne-Yo’s sexuality. PREFACE: The music business is bar none, one of the dirtiest, most corrupt places one could imagine working in:
On Monday Jim Jones spoke with the NYPD about a physical altercation between him and Ne-Yo’s camp that took place on Christmas Eve.
Police found that Jones involvement in the incident warranted a misdemeanor assault charge and a court appearance in February.Witnesses claim that Jim Jones got into an altercation at the Louis Vuitton store with the brother of Ty-Ty Smith who is a long-time Jay-Z associate. What many people don’t know is that Ty-Ty’s brother is also the suspected “down-low” lover of Ne-Yo.
One rap industry veteran broke down the situation, “Most of us know how Ne-Yo rolls but we don’t trip cause he’s good people and he makes hits. The problem is Jones threatened to take things public a while ago after some ‘he-say, she-say’ bullshit”.
You telling me that Ne-Yo is gay is like telling me that Obama is black- DUH!!!
But did anybody catch the irony of the situation. Wow– a bunch of “thugs” throwing insults about being on the “down-low” in a purse store. What next, Are you taking it to the mac counter??

Word on the street is Jim Jones beat up the singer Ne-Yo (BOOOO) and Jay Z’s best friend Ty-Ty at the Louis Vuitton Store up in NY.

They claim that Ne-Yo tried to break up the fight and got beat up because of it (Snickers)
Well Merry Christmas to you too- Let’s pray one of the employees puts it on youtube. Better yet this story may be false because we all know LV don’t play about their merchandise and they are not about to allow no major altercation to go down in their place of business and there were no arrest.
Here are the photos from the nomination special. I already don’t want to watch it…

R. Kelly won 3.4 million dollars in unpaid fees from a tour promoter. The suit claimed that Leonard Rowe owed him for fees not paid for concerts in 2007 and 2008. Just last month, singer Ne-Yo was awarded nearly $750,000 from the same company. Ne-YO left the tour after only a week because he claimed R was hating on him.

Just a couple of months ago Kelly was acquitted of 14 charges of child pornography, hopefully he will use this money to go sat down somewhere.

Essence Magazine
August 23,2008
The newly famed singer/songwriter has came out of the closet and announced that he is gay. The multi-platinum recording artist sat down for the October issue of Essence Magazine last week and announced the shocking news stating, “Yes, I am gay, and I have always been.” After several internet rumors have been circulating around the internet. He also said, “You now this world we live in is full of judgement, resulting in one of the reasons why it took me so long to come out of the closet.” Earlier this month, a man by the name of Derrick Johnson claimed that he had an intimate relationship with the singer during there teen years in high school. He also said that for months the singer and Def Jam has been trying to pay him to keep quiet over the ordeal. Worrying that it would destroy his image. Ne-yo responds saying, that the relationship did occur and he is no longer ashamed of saying that he was deeply in love. Reciting “That situation was what inspired me to write the song Unfaithful. But no one knew it was actually about myself, and our relationship.” He told Essence that he doesn’t care anymore, he was tired of living a lie and is ready to come clean. Quoting, “the music industry can either except me for who I am, or desert me.” The full interview with the magazine is expected to hit stands mid-October.
