But actress Eva Longoria decided to take her tribute to the comedy musical one step further by acting out a well-known scene from the much-loved film.The Desperate Housewives star, 34, and her basketball player husband Tony Parker, 27, made the video over the Christmas holidays to promote a competition to meet them at one of his NBA games for the San Antonio Spurs early next year”

Eva Longoria carries a striking silver Valentino handbag as she leaves her Hollywood restaurant Beso. She is a smart businesswoman (but she ain’t slick). Eva is part owner in Beso’s restaurant which is why she is always photograph leaving. Eva Longoria Parker and George Lopez are the hosts of September’s ALMA Awards, which celebrate Latino achievement in entertainment.Organizers say it will be the first time the awards will air during National Hispanic Heritage Month. The ceremony honoring those who work in film, TV and radio will also feature new categories, including one for emerging young talent and a sports award.
“Desperate Housewives” star Longoria Parker, who is one of the show’s executive producers, says the ALMA Awards represent the determination and “soul” of Latinos.
The awards ceremony will air Sept. 18 on ABC.

Eva Longoria was at the all-star game in Arizona yesterday to cheer on her husband, San Antonio Spurs forward Tony Parker. Well the West destroyed the East-146-119.
In other news, the word on the street is there will be a same sex kiss on this season of Desperate Housewives. The ploy to keep folks interested will involve Teri Hatcher. I don’t know about you but I am not in the least interested in seeing her kiss Teri– not a good look. Nonetheless, more pics after the jump:
Eva Longoria covers the February Issue of Glamour Magazine. The actress talks about continuing to work on Wisteria Lane, her desire to one day start a family, and the trials and tribulation that make her enjoy her success more.

GLAMOUR: OK, exactly how much weight have you gained?
Eva Longoria Parker: [Laughs.] I’m wearing a fat suit! It’s suffocating. [She shows me the extensive padding hidden under her clothes and pulls out huge foam chicken cutlets from her bra.]
GLAMOUR: But the tabloids all said you got fat! There are “before” and “after” pictures of you looking thin and, uh, thin.
ELP: [Laughs.] I know. Unfortunately, we live our life in public, so any weight gain or pimple is a national story. I don’t get this obsession with weight. It’s not only Hollywood; it’s our society.
GLAMOUR: But you’re pregnant, right?
ELP: I’ve been pregnant since last spring with triplets. [Laughs.] No, if I were pregnant [when the tabloids said I was], I’d have had the child many times over.

Eva Longoria dazzled as she attended the world premiere of Brad Pitt’s new movie, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” solo.
Even though the media have been reporting that the Desperate Housewives actress could be expecting, she looked svelte rocking a shiny blue sleeveless dress, her hair in an up-do and grey sandals. She looks fantastic as usual.
Eva was also seen doing a little Christmas shopping at Zadig & Voltaire on Sunset Boulevard the next day. Photos Below:
