It’s a girl for Christina Milian and husband The-Dream.
The singer-actress delivered daughter Violet on Feb. 26, a friend confirms to PEOPLE, saying the baby has “a full head of hair.”
This is the first child for Milian, 28, and the fourth for the singer-songwriter and record producer, 31, who has three children with his ex-wife, singer Nivea.

(Sigh) I had such high hopes for Christina Milian. She is such a disappointment. If I had an album to promote, the last person I would be up under is the Dream. Girl Bye– I would be on everybody’s talk show, booking shows left and right, making things happen. Well, she is in Atlantic City (Sigh again) clubbing with this lame dude.
