In an article on Halle Berry’s role in the upcoming comedy, Shoe Addicts Anonymous, Women’s Wear Daily confirms the actress will grace the cover of Vogue’s September issue.
The focus of the article was intended to be Berry’s unexpected choice to do a lighthearted comedy over her typical (and excellent) dramatic character portrayals, but it was the story’s first line that mostly captured our attention:
“Halle Berry, Vogue’s September cover girl, is about to go deeper into the fashion [with the film].”We had heard rumors, but given that WWD is Vogue’s sister publication, we’re taking this to mean it’s really happening.
I guess black people are suppose to be happy, but I am so over Vogue…
