Bulgarian designer Iskren Lozanov has sued Beyonce and won over a bizarre copy right infringement lawsuit. The designer said that Beyonce (or in this case her handlers) copied his design, and a German judge agrees. That means the video in which she wore the swimsuit- “Video Phone” cannot be shown in Germany. Beyonce reportedly will appeal the ruling, but for why? It is obvious that the design was copied, right down to the runway hair and bracelets.
