(I have no idea what she is standing by…)The word on the street is Amber recently went to American Apparel Store in NYC and a birdie said her total was 300 dollars. No big deal right– Wrong!!! Her credit card kept being declined. Amber– just take Kanye’s card next time. It will probably be a while till we see him again anyways– He won’t mind
