The former Atlanta quarterback is currently serving a 23-month sentence at the federal penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kan., after pleading guilty to bankrolling a dogfighting operation at a home he owned in eastern Virginia’s Surry County.
Vick was set to go to a halfway house to fulfill the rest of the sentence. However, all of the halfway houses are overcrowded and Vick has been granted permission to serve the rest of his sentence at his home in Hampton, VA on or after May 21.
Vick will be on electronic monitoring and confined to the house, only allowed to leave for activities approved by his probation officer.

I don’t see how he got less than 2 years in Jail. I was watching Animal Cops Houston and someone doing the same thing with less dogs is serving 20 years in prison. I don’t think it’s fair just because he is famous he gets less time. If it was up to me I would put him away for life for abuse.
