Brtiney Spears is back! She did an exclusive interview with ok magazine in Cabo San Lucas Mexico about how she got her body back in shape. Spears said:
“I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life,” Britney, 26, tells OK!. “My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.”
Thousands gathered around to give a homegoing celebration to Bernie Mac. This was truly a celebration of those who loved him so dearly. All the drama that’s going on about Obama sending him to an early grave needs to stop. We just have to think twice about how we treat others and make sure that you give respect to get it, because at the end of the day it’s not about what you’ve accomplished it’s about how did you achieve your accomplishments by treating others right or playing people to the left. Bernie was a person who had respect from so many because he placed family first and he greeted and treated everyone like it was his last.

In contrast Tom Brady interview with Esquire is strange, moody and dark. He forbid the magazine from asking about his Girlfriend (Gisele) his baby mama (Bridget Moynahan) and his son (JET). He talks about being a football player and “that God really does not care about that.” He also is described as the “cock and scrotum” of the Patriots. TB is portrayed as spoiled, boring, and a douche-bag.

My girl Lisa Raye was put in jail last night due to a fight between her and her soon to be ex-husband Michael Misick. According to V-103’s Ryan Cameron and Sandra Rose, LisaRaye, who was banned from the main house, drove her car through a barricade at the house, parked her car and barged into a closed door meeting between the Premiere and his cabinet ministers. This is to funny! Lisa should have known that she is dealing with a man that has power and that she has to take the low road and keep quiet and then hit his azz where it hurts! Them pockets! But she continues to be very outspoken about it and continues to be embarrassed. Check out the video below. She might get an oscar for this one.
Okay, just when I thought I had heard enough. I hear about lil Kim contemplating doing Playboy’s Decemebr issue. Reportedly she was approached by Hugh Heffner himself and was asked if she would accept. Reportedly she has agreed. Is she serious? This is the same Kim who turned down the offer for Playboy back in 2001 saying it was against her religion. Well honey she must be over that religion now because she is going along for the ride. I guess the money is right and besides she doesn’t have anything else going on in her life besides parties and plastic surgery and oh yeah her new boy toy Ray J. Go for it!

Wow! What is really going on in our community. Isaac Hayes was found dead earlier today, only 10 days short of his 66th birthday.
According to Yahoo! News Isaac was found around 1:00pm today collapsed near his treadmill with it still running. His family does not believe any foul play was going on and they do not intend to conduct an autopsy at this time. Hayes has been treated recently for several medical issues and his family believes this ultimately has caused his death.
Hayes has been known for Shaft, his soulful voice, and being the voice of the chef on South Park.
Hayes was married four times and fathered 12 children, according to Us magazine. He is survived by his current wife Adjowa, whom he married in 2005 and with whom he had one child.
He will be missed!

Bernie Mac was pronounced dead on Saturday. Bernie Mac leaves behind his wife,a daughter and a granddaughter.
Mac’s publicist Danica Smith said Mac died early Saturday morning from complications related to pneumonia. This same publicist denied Mac’s pneumonia was related to Mac’s chronic disease, sarcoidosis, which Smith claimed was in remission since 2005.
Bernie Mac had a great spirit about himself and he will surely be missed. R.I.P. Bernie!
Bernie Mac was hospitalized due to pneumonia. Am I bringing all the bad news today or what? Many of us have been receiving text messages that Bernie Mac died. It is not true he is in the hospital receiving treatments for his pneumonia inspite of his lung disease his reps say that he will be alright. Were praying for you Bernie! Morgan Freeman is in critical condition in a Memphis, TN hospital after being injured in a car accident today. His vehicle was said to have flipped several times. The cause of the accident is unknown. Freeman 71, was air lifted to the hospital after being pried out of his vehicle. He was accompanied by an acquaintance and her status is not known at the time. Freeman was reportedly joking with staff even though his condition is serious.
